The questions we get asked most about our courier service in Vancouver: how fast we can pick up, what the difference is between our service tiers, where we deliver and how to get a price.
How fast can you pick up?
Often within 60 minutes, on our Rush and Direct services, depending on where the pickup is and the time of day.
What is the difference between Direct, Rush and Same day?
Direct is one pickup and one drop-off with no stops, aimed at a 60-minute delivery. Rush is a 2-hour service. Same day is a 4 to 6 hour window, and is the best value for shipments you can plan ahead. You can read about each one: Direct delivery, Rush delivery, Same day delivery.
Do I need an account?
No. You can ask for a quote and book a pickup without setting anything up first.
Can my business get monthly invoicing?
Yes, for regular business customers. If you send often, a business account gives you monthly billing instead of paying per job. See business accounts for what's included.
What areas do you serve?
Vancouver, Burnaby, Richmond, Surrey, Coquitlam, New Westminster, Delta, Langley, Maple Ridge, the North Shore and the Fraser Valley. The full list, with a page for each city, is on our service areas page.
What can you deliver?
Documents, parcels, boxes, medical and dental lab items, legal documents and files. Larger items can usually go too, priced by custom quote (see large item delivery). Tell us the size and weight and we'll confirm before booking.
Can you deliver early morning or evening?
Yes, by request. Early morning and evening pickups are available and are confirmed by our dispatch before they are booked. See early morning and evening courier.
Can you deliver large or oversized items?
Yes, by custom quote. We carry large boxes, rolled carpets and rugs, long items and bulky business shipments. Send us the size, weight and a photo through the quote form and we'll confirm whether it fits our vehicles. More on large and oversized deliveries.
Do you offer regular daily routes?
Yes. If you send to the same places at the same times, a scheduled route keeps it consistent and comes with one invoice. Read about scheduled routes.
