Scheduled Routes
Scheduled Daily and Weekly Courier Routes
If you call for a courier to the same addresses most days, you are paying for the booking as much as the driving. A scheduled route turns that into a fixed loop: set pickup times, the same stops in the same order, and one monthly invoice instead of a new booking every morning.
What a Route Is
How a Scheduled Route Works
On-demand delivery suits one-off runs. A scheduled route suits work that repeats, which for most businesses is most of what they send. You agree the loop, we run it, and the only thing you do each day is have the packages ready.
Set pickup times
the same time each day or week, so your team knows when the driver arrives
Set stops
a fixed list of addresses in a fixed order, run by the same driver
One monthly invoice
the route is billed monthly rather than per delivery
A route usually costs less per stop than calling for each delivery, because the driver is making one planned loop rather than a separate booking for every address. Training, staff time and repeated phone calls all fall away, and the cost becomes something you can predict at the start of the month.
Who It Suits
Businesses on a Regular Route
Dental labs
morning pickups from offices, afternoon drop-offs of finished cases
Clinics
specimens and paperwork moving between the clinic and its lab
Pharmacies
an afternoon round to care homes, clinics and regular patients
Law firms
documents between offices, courthouses and client sites
Multi-location businesses
stock or paperwork between branches that need it on the same day each week
How It Works
How We Set One Up
Tell us the stops
The addresses you deliver to, in the order that makes sense for you, and how often you need them.
We quote the route
The quote is based on the number of stops and how often it runs, so you know the monthly cost before you start.
We run the route
The same driver follows the same loop at the same times, and you can add rush runs on top whenever you need them.
You get one invoice
At the end of the month, one invoice covers the route and any extra runs you booked.
Rush runs can be added on top of any route. When a package misses the loop or something needs to move now, book a Direct, Rush or Hot run and it goes out alongside the scheduled delivery.

Questions
Scheduled Routes FAQ
How is a route priced?
A route is quoted on your stops and frequency. Tell us how many stops you have and whether it runs daily or weekly, and we will quote the monthly cost before you commit.
Can we change stops?
Yes. You can add, remove or reorder stops on the route. Tell us the change and when you need it to start, and we will update the loop.
What if we need an extra run?
Book a Direct, Rush or Hot run on top of the route. It goes outside your scheduled times, and it is added to the same monthly invoice.
How do we start?
Send us the stops and frequency through our quote form and we will come back with a monthly price for the route.
