How the Daily Loop Runs
We agree the loop
You give us the lab address and the offices on the route, in the order you want them visited.
Morning pickups
The driver follows the loop and collects impressions and models from each dental office on the way.
Work goes to the lab
Everything picked up in the morning is handed over at the lab, ready for the bench.
Afternoon drop-offs
Finished crowns, bridges, dentures and appliances go back to the practices on the same loop.
Need a case sooner than the loop? Book a rush run on top of your route and we will take it outside the scheduled times, then carry on with the regular loop as normal.

Dental Lab FAQ
How does a daily dental route work?
We set a loop with you: a morning pickup from each dental office on the route, a handover at the lab, and an afternoon drop-off of finished work on the way back. The driver follows the same set times each day, so offices know when to have cases ready.
Can you add offices to our route?
Yes. Give us the new address and we will add it to the loop, either as a new stop or as part of an existing run, and tell you when it takes effect.
Can you do a rush run for a same-day case?
Yes. Remakes and same-day cases are booked as a separate Direct, Rush or Hot run rather than waiting for the route.
How is it billed?
You get one monthly invoice that covers the whole route, plus any extra rush runs you booked that month.
