Who we are

Vancouver Rush Courier provides same-day courier and delivery services across Metro Vancouver. We are responsible for personal information collected through vancouverrush.com. Contact us at info@vancouverrush.com or (604) 865-0798.

What we collect

• Details you send us through quote, contact or account forms — such as your name, email, phone number, company, pickup and delivery addresses, and a description of your shipment.
• Delivery records — pickup and drop-off details and proof of delivery for jobs we run.
• Cookie-free statistics — page views counted without identifying you.

How we use it

To respond to your enquiry, quote and arrange your deliveries, send proof of delivery, provide business-account billing, and keep records required to operate the service. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us run the site and the business (for example our form and bot-protection providers), or where the law requires it.

Your choices

You can ask to see, correct or delete the personal information you have sent us by emailing the address above. For optional cookies and third-party services, see our Cookie Policy, where you can also change or withdraw your choice at any time.
